Fees for services will be set out in the initial consultancyagreement between you and Contingence. All fees are exclusive of all taxes,levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsiblefor payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

 

6. Cancellation and Termination

 

You may cancel your service agreement with Contingence atany time; however, Contingence does not offer refunds for cancellation. In theevent of cancellation, you will still owe any outstanding fees through the endof the agreement term.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

In no event will Contingence, or its suppliers or licensors,be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under anycontract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for:(i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost ofprocurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of useor loss or corruption of data.

 

8. Changes to Terms

 

Contingence reserves the right, at its sole discretion, tomodify or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to checkthese Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to thewebsite following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutesacceptance of those changes.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordancewith the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to itsconflict of laws rules.
